Challenge: To design a re-configurable I/O interface for space, based around the Xilinx Virtex 5 FPGA, with high speed FMC mezzanine connector, 3U cPCI form factor, and gigabit transceivers.

Result: Exceeded Customer expectations and became the basis for numerous future programs.
