As a contract manufacturer we design, process and manufacture a variety of products on a daily basis. We focus on using our passion to create and innovate the best quality product while providing the highest level of customer service that meets the needs for our customers, employees and the world around us.
Along with providing a varied work portfolio, we provide a supportive and understanding work culture. We realize employees spend a majority of their time at work and we want to provide a comfortable work environment that allows someone to bring their whole self to work.
For that reason we make it a priority to plan monthly events for employees to attend. The hope is that we build connections among employees in all departments and spend time to get to know one another. Plus we like to have fun!
MEI’s production floor is organized, clean and most importantly, air conditioned for everyone to be comfortable during Carlsbad summer, even with the distant ocean breeze
We offer 10 days of accrued PTO to use for vacation, personal or if ill. We also have a generous holiday policy with 6 standard holidays and a paid winter shut down from December 24th through January 1st.
